Strengthening collaboration and innovation at RIGA COMM 2025

Datakom has joined a new EU-co-financed project together with the Latvian IT Cluster, aimed at supporting the internationalisation and development of the ICT sector. The initiative promotes innovation, research and development, and the creation of new technologies through targeted public investment.

As a member of the Latvian IT Cluster, Datakom took part in RIGA COMM 2025 on October 9–10 — one of the most significant business and technology events in the Baltics!

The event program offered a strong lineup of Executive / CTO Talks, as well as discussions on Fintech, Machine Learning / AI, Cybersecurity, and the IT Cluster Stage, addressing current industry challenges and future scenarios.

The event provided not only inspiration but also concrete ideas for future initiatives — both internally and in collaboration with partners and clients. We see great potential in cooperation between companies, universities, and public sector representatives to achieve real results in the technology field.

A big thank you to the Latvian IT Cluster for the opportunity to represent the community, and to the RIGA COMM organizers for creating an excellent platform where the IT community could come together and shape a shared vision for the future through discussion.

SIA Datakom, as a member of the Latvian IT Cluster and its cooperation network, has signed an agreement to participate in the activities of Project No. 5.1.1.2.i.0/3/24/A/CFLA/010 “Cluster support for the internationalisation and development of the ICT sector”.

The aim of the project is to increase private investment in research and development through targeted public funding that promotes the creation of new products and technologies, as well as the transfer of knowledge into the economy.
